Angela Chung’s “STELLAIRE” Fall-Winter Collection for 2015, is named after the French word “stellair” which means “of the stars” and is inspired by the mystery of the night sky, shimmering in the pale moonlight and glittering in the distance with constellations, comets and satellites that has enchanted and inspired mankind for thousands of years to come closer and learn the secrets of the Universe.
The collection consists of eight ivory bridal gowns, and twenty-one cocktail and evening gowns black, red and navy blue.
Gowns are fitted at the waist, while delicate lace motifs decorate the wearer’s body like a tattoo on sheer panels on the bust and back. Translucent long skirts flow diaphanously, while short skirts are playful and voluminously flared. Necklines are heart-shaped, V-shaped, scalloped and asymmetric, while arms are decorated with girly cap-sleeves, elegant batwings or lace embellished sheer sleeves.
